What we never do
- Count your words. No plan has a word quota.
- Upgrade you automatically. If your site grows, your plan stays the same until you change it.
- Switch your translations off. Above the fair-use rate, new text waits for the next day. Pages that are already translated keep being served.
- Charge you after you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Train AI models on your content.
Refunds
30 days, no reason needed. Ask for a full refund of anything you bought in the last 30 days.
90 days if you're moving from another tool. If you join through the migration offer and the move doesn't work, you get a full refund within 90 days. See the Refund Policy.
Fair use: the one limit, written down
We don't bill by words. To keep the service fast for everyone, new text is translated at a daily rate, counted as words × target languages:

- 100,000 per day for each paid website, plus 25,000 for each extra language

- 1,000,000 once per paid website, outside the daily rate
Text above the daily rate is queued for the next day. Text that is already translated, and visits by bots, are not counted. If a paid website asks for more than 2,000,000 new translations in a month, or has more than 100,000 human visits a day on translated pages for a sustained period, we'll contact you. We won't change your plan without your agreement. Details: Terms, Section 5.3.
Questions
What counts as a language?
Each target language you publish your site in. Your original language is free. The Website plan includes two; the third and each one after it is an extra language.
Do you really not count words?
Yes. No plan has a word quota, and your bill never changes because of how many words you have. The fair-use rate only controls how fast new text is processed.
What happens if I add a language mid-month?
You pay for the rest of the current period, and we show you the amount before you confirm. Removing a site or a language takes effect at the end of the period.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Yearly costs 10 × monthly. Everything on one subscription uses the same billing period.
I prepaid Weglot (or another tool). Do I pay twice?
No. Pay for Eachlang now, and the prepaid time left with your previous provider is added to the end of the period you buy, up to 12 months, once per website domain. You also get the 90-day refund.
Does removing Eachlang from my code stop billing?
No. Billing is a separate subscription; cancel it in your account. We say this plainly because many tools don't.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Your original site is never affected. For 30 days after your paid period ends, your translated pages keep being served from the last translations, but no new text is translated. After that, paid languages return to your original language and your account moves to the Free plan.
Will my price go up later?
We don't lock prices. A yearly subscription fixes your price for that year.
Which languages do you support?
The full list will be published in our docs. Right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew are in beta. Need a specific language? Ask us: hello@eachlang.com.
Who bills me? Is tax included?
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoices, tax and refunds.
